| History: | Label formed in 2000 by Iain St. Michael
(real name: Ian Travis). The Bathyscaph was created as an outlet for the solo projects of St. Michael away from In The Land Of Archers. The label was alligned with the Houston noise scene, and was affiliated with Richard Ramirez and Deadline Recordings. In 2002, St. Michael helped found Unlimited Drift Recordings as a sub-label of Deadline Recordings. In October 2004, St. Michael relocated from Houston to New Orleans which effectively ended The Bathyscaph. In May 2009, St. Michael and Marcus Cone re-emerged and formed the label Milk N' Cookies. |
